ICDA is not a party to the transaction and does not guarantee the performance of buyers or sellers.
5. Coin Listings and Sales
Users may list coins for sale on our platform under the following conditions:

All listings must be genuine and accurately described.

Sellers agree to ship listed coins in a timely and secure manner.

ICDA reserves the right to remove any listing it deems inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent.
6. Authentication and Appraisal
Coins submitted for sale may be subject to inspection by ICDA’s team of qualified numismatists. While we aim for the highest accuracy, authentication and valuation are provided as expert opinions and are not infallible.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

Engage in fraud, theft, or misrepresentation

Interfere with other users’ transactions

Upload harmful software or attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Violation may result in immediate account suspension or legal action.
8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
